Born in Lancaster, in the North West of England. I developed an interest in making sounds using guitars and electronic equipment at a young age. Realising there was some mileage in this I joined the locally acclaimed band Ice Log OD who had a brief run of well received performances. I also played in jazz and blues bands and learnt how to make things sound good.
I went on to study Electronic Imaging at Bradford University and gained a Bachelors degree specialising in electronic music. At this time I was heavily into computers and still playing the guitar.
Since then I have lived and worked in the Leeds area and utilise this areas great pool of talent for my productions.. I enjoy walking and cycling in the nearby Dales and also play gigs under the pseudonym Quip.
